JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for potential candidates to work remotely for our company in Singapore. This one will report directly & working for Singapore office with main responsibility:
- Coordinating with the manager's/team members to keep track of all accounting information needed for a monthly reporting pack such as invoices, cash report, bank statement, property report ...
- Recording transactions into an accounting system daily
- Reconciliation of revenue/expenses, cash and bank, update accounts and perform reconciliations of related accounts,
- Support the managers on preparing monthly accounting reports for management
- Check invoice to customers
- Gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
- Other Ad-hoc tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
• University graduated with background in Accounting, Auditing, Finance
• Have at least 1 year experience
• Detail oriented, reliable, and professional attitude
• Software experience is preferred
• Able to communicate in English
• Carefully, patient and good team-work skill
• Well-organized ability
• Ability to follow standard filing procedures

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for the design, management and aesthetic
development of the Company's design products according to brand guidelines
Design advertising publications on digital marketing
channels (website, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube) such as video, flash
banners, popups, infographics, EDM, etc.
Design items used in holidays and events (backdrops,
invitations, standees, signs, etc.) and printed publications (catalogues,
flyers, brochures, posters, etc.)
Design and manage the company's brand identity system
Website, fan page management & admin control
Ensures all reports, presentations, and sales kit to be
sent out to are prepared according to brand guidelines
Sourcing and liaising with third party vendors such as
agencies, printers, freelancers when required. Ensures third party follows Q
Industries brand guidelines. Ensuring that electronic and print media are in line with
local legislative laws.
Develop and refine marketing goals and promotional
activities for the overall Vietnam market together with the Executive Directors
and Marketing Team in Singapore
Coordinate with marketing department staff to carry out
communication work and marketing strategy and plan.
Any other duties as
assigned by line manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's
degree in graphic design, or related field
Fresher or experience
is a plus
Advanced level in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese
Proficient in
graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop,
InDesign,...).
Portfolio
showcasing a diverse range of design projects
Strong creative
and conceptual thinking
·Content &
video creation experience is a plus
Having passion
for Retail Industry is appreciated
Experience and
knowledge related to marketing including but not limited to social media,
website management, corporate identity, etc.
Proactive,
meticulous and a positive attitude
Ability to project
manage and deliver within tight deadlines.
