Mô tả công việc

- Taking ownership of the sales process with MICE clients:
+ Escorting clients, groups when needed
+ Meeting, inspections with clients
- Promoting various destinations and products offered by Asia DMC, advising clients on suitable products and services based on their requirements
- Oversee the inquiries, confirm booking with the team and involve when there are problems
- Building relationships with existing clients and addressing any complaints
- Work with suppliers to ensure the delivery of high-quality services
- Conducting site inspections of hotels, restaurants, and other venues
- Coordinating booking requests with the operations team for various services
- Monthly, yearly reports & target

Yêu cầu

- Qualification: Tourism/Hotel Management Graduate.
- Languages: Fluency in English both in speaking & writing, and any other language skill is a definitive asset
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience at the same level
- Good communication and personal management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of local Sales and marketing exposure.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Very self-confident personality, creative and out-of-the-box thinking, and working attitude.
- Expat or Vietnamese.
