Manage 3PLs to ensure warehouse and domestics transportation working smoothly
Inbound & Outbound Operations
Handle receiving and issuing of goods in accordance with procedures and documentation (PO, DO, SO).
Verify quantity, models, and serial numbers/IMEI for electronic products.
Reconcile physical stock with system data (ERP/WMS).
Storage & Inventory Management
Organize and store goods by category, model, and batch for efficient tracking.
Manage high-value items (mobile phones, smart devices) utilizing FIFO/FEFO principles.
Maintain optimal storage conditions (temperature, humidity, anti-shock).
Inventory Control
Perform regular stock counts and audits.
Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or missing items promptly.
Maintain accurate and real-time inventory records in the system.
Domestic Transportation
Plan nationwide logistics and distribution schedules for clients.
Manage transportation services to ensure on-time delivery and cost-efficiency.
Yêu cầu
· At least 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations (preferably in electronics, FMCG, or e-commerce)
· Bachelor's degree in Logistics or relevant fields.
· Good command of English or proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (HSK 3 or above) is a strong advantage.
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to prepare, present, and review reports for management.
· Strong attention to detail, commitment to high-quality standards, and ability to meet deadlines.
· Service-oriented mindset with the ability to add value to the organization.
· Ability to work independently and commitment to continuous personal development.
· High computer literacy, especially SAP and advanced Excel.

Working hours: 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM, lunch break: 12:00 PM - 01:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
