JOB DESCRIPTION
Working Location: 77 Tran Nhan Ton, Ward 9, Dist 5, HCMC
Report to: Business Development Supervisor
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative who will play a crucial role in in driving the growth of the company by identifying, researching, prospecting new leads through various channels and converting them into qualified prospects.
What you will do:
Identifying Leads: Researching and pinpointing potential merchants from various sources like online platforms, social media, and industry directories.
Lead Management: Keeping lead information organized and up-to-date in our CRM system.
Qualifying Leads: Assessing leads based on predefined criteria to determine their potential fit as customers.
Lead Conversion: Turning leads into business opportunities through cold approaches (emails, calls, meetings), and collaborating with the business team to move leads into negotiations.
Performance Reporting: Tracking and analyzing lead generation metrics to refine strategies and enhance effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS
What you need to succeed in this role:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the fintech or e-commerce industry, focusing on business development, lead generations, merchant acquisition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, merchants, and internal stakeholders
Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding lead generation targets
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Personal laptop for work usage.
