Job Description:
- Manage/follow up orders from A to Z.
- Work with customers on new product development projects.
- Meeting with customers, maintaining and exploring the customer network.
- Coordinate with all related departments such as the design team, purchasing, quality, and production to meet customer requirements and satisfy the customers.
- Check the orders and work with the purchasing department to place materials properly.
- Control and follow up on delivery time and payment.
- Coordinate with all related departments to solve the problem and complaints from customers.
- Submit target turnover and business strategy to BOD for the next year.
- Main customers: EU and US.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
Follow up orders and new developments
Meeting with customers
Monitor the process and update customer information
Resolve customer problems and complaints quickly and effectively
Ensure customer satisfaction
Prepare monthly and quarterly business reports
Analyze business results and propose improvement solutions
