- Develop and implement international market development plans: search for and acquire new customers, expand the strategic customer base, and identify target markets.
- Receive and manage customers and orders.
- Research, introduce, consult, develop, and support customers regarding the company's products.
- Carry out sales-related tasks, including: processing customer information and requests, completing procedures related to the Sales Department, and liaising with partners.
- Monitor and manage orders: coordinate internally with other departments for quotations and contract signing; execute orders; arrange sample production; prepare and complete technical documentation; provide full information and requirements for mass production; conduct sample testing; track payment progress and payment sourcing; prepare labels, BOM, carton layout, etc.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis as assigned by the department.
- Education: College degree or higher in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, International Business, - International Relations/Diplomacy, Marketing, Wood Processing, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 01 year of experience in sales or
business development positions.
- Language: Proficient in English or Chinese, with strong skills in all four areas: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Skills & Competencies: Possess skills and competencies relevant to sales and customer service roles.
