The IS Technical Executive is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data input into the ERP system and other integrated applications. This role requires strong expertise in ERP systems, particularly Epicor, or a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new ERP solutions.
- ERP System Management
- Develop and maintain applications integrated with Epicor ERP using C# and related technologies.
- Design and implement mobile applications (Android/iOS) to support internal operations.
- Provide end-user support for Epicor ERP, including troubleshooting, training, and documentation.
- Analyze business requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.
- Customize and extend Epicor ERP modules based on business needs.
- Collaborate closely with business and IT teams to ensure system efficiency and stability.
- User Support & Training
- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve system-related issues.
- Develop training materials and conduct ERP training sessions for employees.
- Assist users in optimizing ERP functionalities for their specific roles.
- Master Data & Database Management
- Maintain and manage company master data, ensuring consistency and accuracy across systems.
- Collaborate with departments and Group IT to collect, update, and deploy master data efficiently.
