Job Description
Receive and process purchase requisitions and material requests from various departments.
Deeply understand material technical specifications and sample requirements as the basis for procurement.
Search, evaluate, and develop local and international supplier networks for technical and mechanical materials.
Survey and compare quotations, quality, technical specifications, delivery lead times, and commercial terms to select suitable suppliers.
Communicate and negotiate with suppliers regarding prices, quality, delivery schedules, payment terms, and other related conditions.
Verify and cross-check technical information, drawings, standards, and material specifications prior to issuing purchase orders.
Ensure on-time delivery of materials to the warehouse; follow up with and urge suppliers to meet delivery deadlines and settle paperwork in a timely manner.
Prepare payment documents and ensure all required supporting paperwork complies with company regulations.
Maintain and archive procurement records in accordance with the company's ISO procedures.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Manager.
Job Requirements
College or University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Technical fields, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related majors.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in
Purchasing / Procurement of technical and mechanical materials.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings, specifications, and related mechanical documentation is an advantage.
Strong skills in sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and standard office tools.
Conversational English and the ability to read technical documents is an advantage

Work Time & Location
Work Location: 375 Vo Nguyen Giap, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
Work Hours: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM (1.5-hour lunch break), Monday to Saturday.
