1. Handle Manpower requisition from respective departments, compile manpower requisition and prepare the recruitment plan.
2. Screen through the job application, arrange for interview and update recruitment result to superior.
3. Handle the whole process of interview.
4. Involve in interview for all non-ASL positions.
5. Conduct orientation program for new employees.
6. Translate documents from Vietnamese to English and vice versa.
7. Act as an interpreter whenever required.
8. Arrange cars and drivers' tasks.
9. Booking hotel and air tickets for visitors and company staff whenever required.
10. Update visitor list.
11. Co-ordinate and make travel arrangements for visitors.
Yêu cầu
• Graduated from College or University with a major in Human Resources, Business Administration, English Linguistics, or related fields.
o For College graduates: at least 2 years of relevant working experience is required.
o For University graduates: experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fluent in English (4 skills).
• Experience in screening CVs, interviewing, and onboarding new hires is a plus.
• Experience in booking tickets/hotels and arranging company vehicles is a plus.
• Good communication, multi-tasking, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to use AI for work is a plus.
