Prepare and serve beverages including cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits, coffee, and other specialty drinks
Ensure all drinks are made according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
Interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner; make drink recommendations when needed
Prepare bar station before service (stocking, setting up glassware and ingredients)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment
Monitor inventory and report low-stock items to the supervisor
Follow hygiene and safety regulations
Support service team when necessary and assist in closing procedures
Previous experience as a
bartender (experience in a Western restaurant/bar is a plus)
Basic knowledge of mixology, coffee making, and beverage service
Good communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and a strong sense of responsibility
Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
English communication is an advantage
