- English to Vietnamese Translation support to Senior Executive - Lean Manufacturing in day-to-day communication with shopfloor Team Leaders and during the training courses of Lean Manufacturing
- Assist with written and verbal communication related to announcements (business updates, incentive scheme revisions and updates, HR policies and procedures, etc.)
- Facilitating for the training courses for Team Leader/Group Leader (TL/GL) and other relevant parties regarding to Lean Manufacturing Program
- Support with shopfloor system about data analysis; timely and accurate reporting • Communicate effectively with all employees
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all key stakeholders
- Daily problem-solving monitoring and coaching with TL& GL.
- Perform root cause analysis using production data to support problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives
- Organize and support team recognition events to celebrate outstanding performance, Lean Manufacturing achievements, and operational excellence.
