To serve all the guests professionally following The Deck standards at all times.
To perform all duties assigned by the department manager as required.
Able to work smoothly and efficiently with restaurant and bar teams.
Possess a thorough knowledge of all The Deck's food and beverage menus.
Able to recommend and explain menu suggestions to the guests.
Follow The Deck procedures in relation to correct Guest Service Experience and sequence of service.
Follow The Deck standards in relation to set up, cleaning, and after service.
Attend all training sessions as scheduled.
Maintain excellent grooming standards at all times and demonstrate a high level of personal hygiene.
