Coordinate with the Quality Manager to manage customer requests, troubleshoot and prevent.
Giám sát và phân tích chất lượng sản phẩm (SPC, tỉ lệ hàng lỗi, ..... và đưa ra các hành động cải tiến.
Monitor and analyze product quality (SPC, defective rate, etc.) and propose improvement actions.
Phối hợp các bộ phận liên quan để đảm bảo tiêu chuẩn thiết kế và vận hành đúng quy định hoặc thông số kĩ thuật/ yêu cầu trực tiếp từ khách hàng.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure design and operation standards comply with regulations or technical specifications/ direct requirements from customers.
