JOB DESCRIPTION
You will gain valuable hands-on experience working with our Product/QA/QC teams and clients to develop, ensure the quality and functionality of our software products. You will assist in clarifying clients' requirements, testing and validating software, identifying issues, and collaborating with the development team to ensure our products meet the highest standards.
Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, gather requirements, clarify expectations, and identify opportunities to improve product features.
Communicate and translate client requirements into clear, actionable requirements for the Development teams.
Create, execute, and document test cases based on requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and designs.
Perform manual testing to identify bugs, inconsistencies, usability issues, and gaps between implementation and requirements/designs.
Report bugs clearly, follow up with developers on fixes, and retest resolved issues.
Continuously communicate with clients and internal teams to gather feedback and help improve existing features and overall product quality.
REQUIREMENTS
Fresh graduate or early-career applicant passionate about BA and QA/QC tasks (degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field would be a plus).
Strong interest in understanding business needs and translating them into clear requirements for technical teams.
Comfortable asking questions, clarifying requirements, and following up to ensure shared understanding.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in the BA/QA/QC field.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Language: Business English Proficiency
Basic understanding of software development processes and software testing methodologies.
Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, or similar).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
