MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Plan and manage an integrated plan based on brand perspective & social-commerce platform's activities,
especially for the peak seasons & the key occasions.
Conceptualize and develop interesting and relevant campaigns to not only increase brand awareness but also
achieve good sale performance throughout the creative tools on Social-commerce platforms (Livestream,
creative video, creative content post...)
Take responsibility for ensuring the sale target and developing the buyer community on Social-commerce
platforms.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Supply chain, Warehouse, ...) - as well as external partners
(TikTok, Agencies,...) to deliver best-in-class Social-commerce campaign, business results.
Check and ensure all the creativities are delivered effectively in both timeline perspective and sale revenue
targeted.
Manage and control product and brand appearance in the Social-Commerce Platforms (creative video,
creative content, banners, product images...) to make sure the selling site or the creativities always presented
in a good manner and qualify the customer's insights.
Work closely with internal Ecommerce team to plan, develop and execute value mechanisms that generate
sales revenue.
Contact and manage KOL/KOC or Influencers for guaranteeing good performance in both Brand perspective
and Sale perspective.

Requirement
Bachelor's degree with a Marketing or Economics background is an advantage.
1-2 years of experience in Marketing or E-commerce field with similar position, preferably within the FMCG
industry.
Flexible & quick to adapt to the fast-paced and evolving working environment.
Analyzing skills, ability to deliver insight and recommendation based on data and results
