Employee Direct Engagement
Identify, design and plan employee engagement events and projects that align with the overall Orient engagement strategies.
Oversee, collaborate and implement ideas that make up the yearly activities calendar to drive engagement.
Plan and manage engagement budget.
Enhance personal engagement to employees besides the activities since the first day of employees at Orient.
Ensure the transmission of information throughout the departments, to help each employee understand all messages of the BOD and vice versa.
Develop and maintain relationships with all departments and employees.
Consult employees to solve their conflicts, challenges and issues to be happy at work.
Represent and drive Orient culture at work.
Proactively propose and join in initiatives to improve the working environment and employee engagement.
Employee Communication
Assist in developing and executing internal communications.
Coordinate with Marketing team and assist in external communication activities Employee Training and Development.
Participate in promoting employee development program.
Identify, partner with training stakeholders, and implement Soft Skills Training Program for all levels.
CSR - Community Projects
Identify, design and implement community events and campaigns to represent Orient favorably in the community and in partnership with relevant parties.
Plan and manage budget for CSR projects.
Oversee and implement all communication relating to CSR.
May perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Yêu cầu
Requirements:
At least 02 years of experience in Culture & Engagement or similar positions with good English communication.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with employees at all levels.
Passion for promoting team cohesion, wellness, and a positive work culture.
Knowledge or experience in mindfulness practices is highly desirable.
Demonstrated commitment to environmental sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
Creativity in developing programs and methods for engaging an audience toward the success of a goal.
Strong training facilitation skills with the ability to design and deliver effective learning experiences.
Be able to take part in sport activities is a plus.
