Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing team to ensure trade marketing calendar strategies are aligned sales objective and revenue target
Monitor and evaluate trade MKT programs and activities to measure effectiveness and recommendation of improvements as needed
Identify and develop necessary POSM and display campaign to increase brand presence and improve customer satisfaction
Plan and organize events, activation for Marketing channel (MT, GT, key account, retail....)
Responsible for the gathering, collecting of competitive information, shopper behaviors, market trend via field sales intelligence to sales/ marketing teams.
Conduct or make available scheduled product training to PG/PB for events.
Analyse brand monthly & quarterly report relevant to channel and make recommendations to increase results.
Category Management:
Maximize sales profit through improving shelving and display guideline with strong brand presence with impactful visibility among the cluster
Develop Planogram for key brands and ensure seamless implementation in the trade
Ensure the execution of the marketing plan with key accounts in a timely manner
Ensure POSM fully utilize and timely execution in trade
Work with marketing team to review catalogue layouts and content before going to print
Participate in regular local Sales and Marketing meetings
