Managing client's portfolio
Communicating with Direct clients, meeting their demands and requirements via emails or phone
Understand how clients think and adapt your ideas to suit individual needs
Making programs and quotation according to the company's form
Elaborating tour programs according to clients' requests and following the Sales Department procedures
Advising clients and keeping abreast of the market news and the forthcoming products
Co-operating with the operation and accounting departments to follow up and to ensure the completion of the tour programs created
Collecting marketing documents and providing additional information to clients (about the destination and the products) in order to boost sales
Attending team meetings / trainings / inspection trip
Continuously improve through feedback
Other tasks within the scope of expertise as required by management and board of directors.
Yêu cầu
At least 1 years of experience in the Sales inbound market is required (priority is given to Australian and US markets)
Good knowledge of travel destinations in Asia.
Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills with high professionalism.
Good in negotiation skill and carefulness.
Customer and result oriented with good business mindset.
Fluent in spoken English and good at written English.
Proficient MS Office, outlook and internet.
High sense of teamwork and adaptability.
Able to work independently and under pressure. Multitask to operate within a fast-changing environment.

Salary: 7,000,000 - 13,000,000 VND
12 days of annual leave entitlement
Working hours are from Monday to Saturday morning.
