SPX Future Leaders Program is designed to immerse you into the world of logistics, exposing you to our biggest e-logistics in Vietnam and developing you to become future leaders of SPX.
We offer you the chance to tackle challenging assignments across three key areas of our business: First & Last Miles, Sorting Centers, and Linehaul. This program will rapidly develop your skills and prepare you for future managerial responsibilities.
Job Description:
In 18 months
Applicants hired under SPX Future Leaders Program 2024 form a key pipeline of managerial talent for us. Your journey in 18 months will include the following checkpoints:
First & Last Miles: The crucial stages in getting a product from the seller to the buyer. They manage tasks like receiving shipments, coordinating transportation, and ensuring smooth delivery to customers by thousands of riders.
Sorting Center: It functions as a central hub where items are categorized based on destination, size, type, or other criteria before being forwarded to their respective destinations for delivery.
Linehaul: a connection between Hub and Sorting Center (SOC). Linehaul utilizes set routes and schedules, ensuring predictable deliveries across long distances.
Principal duties and responsibilities:
Receive training, and perform duties in assigned Hubs/SOCs in operations to attain functional knowledge;
Learn various staff functions, operations workflow, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices affecting each phase of SPX business development;
Meet performance goals and objectives set by management;
Report to management regularly on progress made in attaining goals and objectives;
Observe experienced talents in SPX to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for the performance of departmental duties;
After the 18 months
The 18-month program provides an excellent opportunity for you to gain exposure and development in SPX Operation. You will go through on-the-job training, and job rotation and get practical experience. Successful graduates of the program will land a permanent managerial position within the Operation Team (First & Last Miles, Sorting Center, Linehaul).

Requirements:
Bachelors or master's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or other business-major related.
Fresh graduates or have a maximum of 3 years of working experience, preferably in logistics or related fields.
High resilience when working at the Operations site (at Hubs, Sorting Centers, not Office).
Proficient in verbal and written communication in the English language.
Passionate about E-Logistics or the Supply Chain industry.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to new roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, drive to succeed, and proactive.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
