Mô tả công việc

BOOKING
Check and confirm BR from SEHC, fully, correctly and within deadline (on-time BR)
Request and input into Cello BC from Carriers, fully, correctly and within deadline (on-time BC)
Solve all additional SEHC requests regarding booking, space, flight/vessel schedule, equipment, cost, etc (customer support)
Solve all issues/trouble regarding booking, space, flight/vessel schedule, equipment, cost, etc (trouble solving)
DOCUMENTATION
Submit SI: On time, fully and correctly
Checking BL: Pushing FWD release BL soon, checking BL carefully, correctly to avoid any issue
Confirm SR: Checking and confirmation SR on time, fully and correctly to avoid later than deadline request
Solving problem: Solve all additional SEHC requests regarding BL/documentation (customer support), Solve all issues/trouble regarding BL/documentation (trouble solving)
PRICING
Generate tariff (AR) fully, correctly and within deadline (on-time billing)
Input AP, trace, check and confirm DN/INV fully, correctly and within deadline (on-time billing)
Solve all issues/trouble regarding billing / pricing (trouble solving)
Making report VUN, combine bill, on time per billing part.
