- Maintain regular communication with customers, provide customer support, and build strong relationships with existing clients while supporting new
business development.
- Receive and process customer orders, arrange container loading plans, and coordinate shipment schedules to ensure goods are delivered according to customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Planning, Warehouse, etc.) to ensure export and import activities are executed on schedule.
- Prepare, review, and manage import and export documentation, including Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), Certificate of Origin (C/O), customs declarations, and other related documents.
- Monitor shipment status and customs clearance processes; proactively handle and resolve issues arising during transportation and customs procedures.
- Review and control import-export related costs, including freight charges, duties, taxes, and other logistics expense.
