We also offer storage solution in our 114,000 sf warehouse from food to Amazon FBA sellers. In our warehouse, we offer transloading service and loading auto for exportation

JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB DESCRIPTION:
ENTRY LEVEL is WELCOME AND WE WILL TRAIN.
ONLY RECEIVE CV IN ENGLISH
- Handle assigned shipments.
- Contact vendors and carriers to coordinate shipment processing.
- Track the schedule of each shipment to plan specific handling.
- Make invoices for customers, track revenue and expenditure for each delivered shipment.
- Check invoices and shipping documents to ensure they are always correct and complete
- Arrange shipment delivery plans according to customer's requirements
- Prepare and send complete sets of export documents to customers and shipping lines.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS
2. Qualifications:
MUST Communicate fluently in English (Strong English speaking and writing skills)
Provide excellent customer service
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Google Sheet, Google Doc, Excel, etc...)
Attention to detail; Excellent organization
Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
Teamwork, carefulness, meticulousness, and a desire to learn

Salary:
2-month probation: 10,300000 VND.
Official salary: 13,800000 VND

4. Working hours:
From Monday to Friday (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM - only night shift).
Off every Saturday and Sunday.
