Mô tả công việc
· Collect/ receive the export & import documents from related teams, and ensure the accuracy of the documents.
· Prepare shipping documents, prepare & submit liquidation for import and export shipments, and make customs declaration as per customs rules.
· Coordinate with forwarders, transportation suppliers to handle import & export cargos.
· Follow up payment documents for import/ export and submit to Customs. Receive, check, and record customs declaration clearance.
Collate balance of import tax between Customs and company record, proceed documents for tax clearance, collate export quantity with import material in customs book to ensure it adheres to customs' systems.
· Check quantity of import material on record versus actual.
· Co-operate with Merchandising department to calculate consumption for each style, check & create actual consumption and the material on AX system and submit to Customs.
· Create monthly export report.
· Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
Yêu cầu
College/ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or related field.
Understanding of Customs Procedures
MS Office skills, communication skills
Attention to details, time management, problem solving skills
