Responsible of giving proper guidance to employees on health care and coordinate with Labor Protection Committee for periodic inspection on labor safety and hygiene.
Provide guidance to pregnant employees.
Coordinate the investigation of labor accidents and resolution.
Make emergency scenarios, emergency equipment, essential medicines, providing training in first aid, emergency aid for employees at the business entity.
Make plan and organize health check-ups, occupational disease check-ups, medical assessment of decreased work capacity upon occupational accidents or occupational diseases, convalescence and occupational rehabilitation. Offer advices on prevention of occupational diseases.
Collect information on occupational safety and hygiene at the workplace, organize occupational environment monitoring to assess harmful factors.
Coordinate with occupational safety and hygiene team of tasks prescribed related to occupational safety and hygiene.
Make recommendation during meeting with Labor Protection for implementing good working conditions.
