Mô tả công việc
1. Ensure update of employees list relevant to open declaration of ATM account and social insurance.
2. Monitor employees records of Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Accident Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance.
3. Responsible for review and follow up of labor accident and settle payment/ allowance.
4. Responsible for the open Insurance declaration and compare with Labor contract. Oversee insurance reports and declarations are updated.
5. Receive information and set up for employees get sickness allowance, pregnant, labor accident, occupational diseases.... And settle payment for workers/ staffs.
6. Oversee welfare of pregnant workers and mothered childer under prescribed age.
7. Responsible for the creation of reports related to manpower, turnover rate, canteen status.
8. Ensures status of insurance, claims, contributions are correct and properly documented.
9. Performs other duties designated by the direct superior.
Yêu cầu
Education: University or college degree
Working Experience : At least 1-3years of working experience in Human Resources Functions preferably in Garment Industry
Other Requiremen: In depth experience in the interpretation of Insurance law and Labor Law in Vietnam
