NI Controlling Manager

** Department: Finance / Commercial
** Reporting to position: Finance Director
** Objectives of the function:
• As a Business partner to New Installation (NI) and Modernisation (MOD) fulfilment operations, providing strong controlling support to enable the company's fulfilment strategy to be delivered in a timely and sustainable manner.
• As a Business Manager to supervise EI Controller and NI/MOD Asst. Finance Controller.
** NI /MOD Credit Control Management:
1. Review exposure report and monitor for high risks projects.
Attending Credit Control Meetings with full participation and supporting delivery of actions that will increase company's free cash flow
2. Endorse Final bill to tie with system
3. Momitor Teco unbill, VO and EoT
** Controlling and Management Accounting Reporting:
1. Work with NI / MOD / Sales/ SED operation in finalizing rough plan/forecast/budget figures with consideration of macro economics, resources and group strategy.
2. Prepare, review and analyze reports for senior management decision assessment.
3. Measure actual performance against forecast/budget and feedback risk area to management for management decision marking.
4. Detail understanding on SAP/ other supporting programs, as a key user for Finance.
5. Attend WIP meetings and actively participate to ensure risks and opportunities are addressed early and operations teams are fully aware finance related actions
6. Initiate and do business case for Sales, NI incentives
7. Prepare, review and analyse OVH and recovery gaps, PLR result and recommend appropriate action/process to improve business result
8. Be a partner to Sales and Marketing to advise them finance related matters.
9. Supervise EI controller and Controlling Supervisors
** Financial accounting and reporting:
1. Carry out month end check; perform monthly, quarterly and yearly closing.
2. Reporting of half year and year end package to JSG.
3. Input Budgeted plan data into SAP.
** Occupational health and safety:

Ensure that all job-related activities and behaviours are in compliance with the Group CoC guidelines and in accordance with the local laws;
Actively report any violation or potential violation to the Management.
