Mô tả công việc

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordination of meetings and synergies
Construction of collaborative practices in the administrative team (eg. weekly meetings, terms of exchange, procedures)
Management of relations with the Vietnamese authorities (MOE licenses)
Guarantee security in all areas (surveillance, outings, premises, classes)
Organization of related documents (employee contracts, work permit, paperwork)
Management of the communication platform and the CRM (Ayotree and Odoo K7)
Other internal communication documents: welcome booklet for customers, welcome booklet and onboarding for new staff
Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 48 working hours / week
Probation period: 2 months
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency in English and Vietnamese. Another language is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Administration or any major relating.
Having experience is a plus.
Good communication and problem-solving skill
Be able to work in a team and individual
Willingness to cooperate to resolve any issues that may arise
Logical and critical thinking
