Mô tả công việc
Responds to incoming calls; Answer kindly to inquiries from outside or internal staff. Provide necessary information, and record if customer / employee's leaves message
Maintain a systematic document management system; Keep documents secure and keep records
Prepare meetings; Prepare the meeting agenda, minutes, meeting schedule, etc., and distribute it to the person concerned after receiving approval from the supervisor
Manage the meeting schedule of executives: Book tickets, accommodation, vehicles, etc. on business trips
Complete the operations and procedures of the department at the request of executive and keep them up to date at all times
In order to maintain the sales concept of THE SHILLA brand, review the sales department 's checklist, revise and supplement it, and conduct a monthly check followed the check - up and F /up
To improve service quality, measure VOC (phone monitoring, Mystery Shopping, CSI, etc.), suggest improvement plan according to the result, support implementation of improvement, and F/up
In order to improve the service process, review / revise / supplement check checklists and distribute daily / weekly / monthly checklists to the site so that periodic process checks are performed. Suggest and implement a process improvement plan based on periodic inspections (monthly / quarterly / semiannual), VOC, and VOB comments
Attend training programs offered by the company
If necessary, perform other tasks related to work

Yêu cầu
Bachelor degree in Business Administration(Required); Masters degree or MBA (Marketing) preferred
At least 2 years of customer contact department experience (room, food, leisure etc.) or on-site support department
At least 2 years of experience in management innovation (including 6 Sigma, quality control) is required
Outstanding communication skills(Negotiation/Presentation/Speech/Listening)
Understanding hotels, duty-free distribution and leisure service industries
