Mô tả công việc
1. Section Management
Support Department manager in setting the GI&R section direction and strategy, plan and manage GI&R section to achieve direction and strategy.
2. Clinical Application Management
- Support Manager to allocate the territory for members to utilize the maximum resources
- Support Manager to set up KGI, and KPI for a daily visit of each member in their assigned territory.
- Guide, and support members in daily activities: create customer demand, sales promotional activities, OPD, handle customer's requests...
- Support members in terms of delivering appropriate presentations, demonstrations, and on-patient demonstrations (OPD) on products and services.
- Arrange the participants on behalf of the company in exhibitions, events or conferences.
- Hold the PCL monthly meeting to ensure all prospects update timely & accurately in our Salesforce system. Also, justify the resource allocation properly for potential clients through PCL updates.
- Create the working process for sales promotional, and demonstration among OVN - distributor - customer to run the business smoothly.
- Provide product, treatment, and soft skill training with the distributor.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Cooperate with a distributor to handle demand, complaints or objections from user.
- Review feedback from customers or potential clients and share it with distributor and internal teams.
3. Business management
- Constantly review the business result of Key Account Management (KAM) in the assigned territory and timely renew the target HP and set up proper tactics to achieve the target.
- Maximize efficiency and effectiveness for Demo asset and eradicate overdue.
4. Market research
- Cooperate with marketing department and Field Service Engineer (FSE) to understand the market and potential clients and consider the best way to approach potential clients and increase market coverage.
- Analyze competition by gathering current market information on pricing, products, new products, monitor competitors' activities and strategies and provide information to the Manager to take timely action.
5. Regional business expansion
- Synergize clinical application action across relevant departments
- Bolster clinical support activity by working with distributors with the aim of reinforcement of salesforce.
6. Marketing support
- Support doctor and explain how to use products as a MA activity
- Follow up customer requests on the products in the event.
- Reinforce the strategic support for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) & key societies.
7. Others
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Yêu cầu
- More than 3 years management experience in medical field
- Bachelor's Degree
- Have experience of medical, biomedical equipment is preferred
- Job Instruction & Coaching Skill
- Time Management Skill
- Basic Management Skill
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and logical thinking abilities
- Fluently speaking in English (TOEIC750)
- Computer's skill (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Integrity, Empathy, Long-term View, Agility, Unity
- Locate in Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh but have frequent business trips in other provinces
