Mô tả công việc
1. Product introduction
- Set up daily visits and meetings with potential clients in assigned territories to listen to their wishes and concerns, including their current system and demands.
- Create and maintain a close relationship with clients/potential clients for future sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations, demonstrations, and on-patient demonstrations (OPD) on products and services to create new opportunity sales.
- Create the PCL in the SFDC system and make sure all the prospects update timely & accurately in our Salesforce system
- Be a consultant on configuration for customers based on their demands to be able to provide the best solution for customers.
- Support distributor regarding technical response, product-related issues, and follow-up tender process together distributor
- Provide product, treatment, and soft skill training with the distributor.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Cooperate with the SCM department to ensure the availability of stock for Sales and demonstrations.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions, events or conferences.
- Cooperate with a distributor to handle demand, complaints or objections from user.
- Review feedback from customers or potential clients and share with distributor and internal teams.
2. Business management
- Constantly review the business result of Key Account Management (KAM) in the assigned territory, timely renew the target HP, and set up proper tactics to achieve the target.
- Maximize efficiency and effectiveness for Demo asset and eradicate overdue.
3. Market research
- Cooperate with marketing department and Field Service Engineer (FSE) to understand the market and potential clients and consider the best way to approach potential clients and increase market coverage.
- Analyze competition by gathering current market information on pricing, products, new products, monitor competitors' activities and strategies and provide information to the Manager to take timely action.
4. Regional business expansion
- Support line manager to expand the market and bolster clinical support activity by working with distributor at assigned territory to reinforce salesforce.
5. Marketing support
- Support doctor and explain how to use products as a MA activity
- Follow up customer requests on the products in the event.
- Reinforce the strategic support for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) & key societies.
6. Training:
- Educate subordinates to develop their skill, attitude, and performance.
7. Others
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

- Bachelor's Degree
- Economic background is preferred
- Have experience of medical equipment is preferred
- PDCA skill
- Communication skill
- Teamwork skill
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and logical thinking abilities
- Fluently speaking in English (TOEIC700)
- Computer's skill (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Integrity, Empathy, Long-term View, Agility, Unity
- Locate in Ha Noi but have frequent business trips in other provinces
