NPD Specialist

Working place: Tan Phu Trung Industrial Zone, Cu Chi District, HCMC. We provides shuttle bus from HCMC, Binh Duong & Dong Nai
University degree or above
2-3 years sourcing/purchasing experiences at a foreign investment company is preferred.
Engineering background an advantage
Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is an advantage
Technical competence is required (reading of drawings and specifications, knowledge of manufacturing processes/technologies)
Proficient in Excel, PPT, and ERP systems
Ability to speak and read both Vietnamese and English is required. Chinese language skills are an advantage/preferred
Strong analytical, organizational and presentation skills
Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated team player who can work independently and under pressure to achieve the requested timing and quality of assigned task
Sense of ownership, urgency, drive, and responsibility
