NPI Director

Do you have what it takes?
• Bachelor in engineering, or industrial Engineering would be an advantage
• Fluent command in English & Vietnamese (written and oral)
• Minimum 15 years of engineering experience, 5 years in management level & above
• Experience of Project, and actively involved in hands-on trouble shooting
• Be able to read drawings, use general analysis / reporting tools
• High awareness of stakeholder management and communication
• Attention to details, structured and independent with high flexibility
• Coaching leadership style; Self-driven and motivated; Result Oriented; Strategic thinking; Encourage innovation.
