Description
CSW Industrials (Nasdaq: CSWI) an US publicly traded company in the Nasdaq stock market with approx. $2B market cap that serves a variety of HVAC end markets through 3 business units - Contractor Solutions, Engineered Building Solutions, and Specialized Reliability Solutions. We have having significant manufacturing base in Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Zone, Dong Nai named TRUAIRE Vietnam.
We're looking for an NPI Engineer responsible to work closely with internal groups and to coordinate the corresponding manufacturing partnership team(s) (R&D, Production, Planning, Supply Chain, Sourcing, and Industrial Engineering).
NPI Engineer will focus on ensuring product design productivity of the factory meets the target and lead to the deployment of new products into the factory such as new project transfer, new adaptation, localization, and other special improvement projects.
Responsibilities & Duties
• Arrange regular meetings with internal teams to follow up and update action plans.
• Ensure all deliverables from the factory align with the project timeline: Tooling, JFT, costing, BOM, master material, drawing, CTQ, FAIR, WI, quality documents, etc. PTR and testing plan, re-certification, master samples. etc
• Ensure mass production launches successfully without impact on service, quality, and cost.
• Sign off the production readiness (CAD approval, BOM completion, MM creation ... etc.).
• Work with 3rd party to prepare the system audit such as UL, and ISO.
• Work with production to transfer the engineering point from product knowledge, work instruction, and samples to Production.
• Assist in production problem-solving and quality issues.

Yêu cầu

• Fluent in English and Vietnamese (required). Must be able to communicate clearly and directly with all levels of the organization.
• +10 years of experience and knowledge in Plastic injection, metal, press, powder coating, spot welding, and assembly line.
• +5 years Experience in Project Management: able to coordinate and lead multiple projects efficiently.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and product design change management.
• Experience and knowledge of system auditing such as UL, and ISO.
• Excellent communication: Able to communicate clearly, and timely with all levels of communication - including inside functional Teams and outside organizations.
• AutoCAD, ERP as well as general software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• BSc in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related.
