Nutritionist ( Food & Nutritionon Industry)

THE ROLE
Reporting to the Supervisor Nutrition Science, this position plays a key role in developing our aggressive growth strategy across multiple Food & Nutrition markets.
As the Nutritionist, you will be responsible for supporting the company's sales growth through in-depth consulting on science-backed nutritional information. Your primary focus will involve researching and supporting the Sales team with refined and high-value information on products based on scientific documents to provide the tools for the Sales team to grow and expand our presence in the infant nutrition, dairy, confectionery, coffee and beverage industries. You will be supported by an experienced R&D team and Marketing team, ensuring fast and high-quality service.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES.
• In-depth research on health-related topics such as clinical studies and high scientific evidence-based to support and strengthen the benefits of our ingredients.
• Summarize nutritional information of ingredients or products based on high-value scientific evidence for the Sales team and customers.
• Consult the Sales team and customers based on the request on the interpretation of scientific nutritional information and studies.
• Evaluate the potential of nutritional products for Business Strategy Development and Collaboration
• Identify and visualize concepts of products and applications of ingredients based on the market products from the global market insight platform.
DETAILED TASKS
• Collecting relevant scientific studies for in-depth investigation
• Summarize the functions, the mode of action, recommended usage level, clinical trials of ingredients/products
• Assist in providing and updating nutritional information or health claims of the ingredients/products related to global regulations (eg: GRAS, FDA, EFSA, VFA)
• Provide comparison of different ingredients with similar functions to identify the potential ingredients/products based on materials of providers
• Evaluate the significant efficacy of ingredients via clinical trials (on humans)
• Support to identify and visualize concepts of products and applications of specific ingredients on the market
• Refer to the health claims of applications, ingredient list, and nutrition facts of products and the specific ingredients
