Mô tả công việc

Responsibilities
· Manage and oversee all operations and maintenance ("O&M") activities for solar roof top projects.
· Making a list of tools & supplies for O&M activities
· Establish measuring standards for the solar system
· Coordinate /work with clients / investors / subcontractors for O&M related work
· Set up O&M checklist for the purpose of accepting new projects
· Define preventive and corrective actions for foreseen issues of the system which may cause under-performance
· Ensure that on-site O&M activities are conducted in a safety-conscious manner
· Plan to work with each customer / subcontractor and each group of sites
· Provide training for team members
· Make plans for the team by week, month and quarter
· Plan and report weekly, monthly, and annually and send to the board of directors in accordance with the progress of the project

Yêu cầu

Requirements
· BS/MS degree - Electricity Major (Electrical System)
· Having excellent knowledge about power and/or technology as an advantage.
· Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
· Ability to quickly understand the basics of solar energy, new technique
· Experience in dealing with solar equipment suppliers and warranty procedure.
· Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
· Excellent command of the English language
· Requires 5-7 years of experience in the field of electricity and energy
