OD /job Evaluation & Organization Design Expert

Job Description:
We are seeking Job Matrix & Organization Design Expert/OD/Job Evaluation to develop policies, regulations relating to people and organisational effectiveness; participate in designing the organisational structure and measuring organisational performance to support VPB FC to achieve business goals through improving the people and organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
• Develop policies, regulations relating to people and organisational effectiveness; participate in designing the organisational structure and measuring organisational performance
• Provide guidance, consultation and cooperate with HR Business Partner & Recruitment Center in designing the organisational structure, ensuring rationality and compliance with applicable framework and regulations;
• Develop framework & guidelines of position management & job description. Provide guidance and consultation on job design; coordinate, cooperate with HR Business Partner & Recruitment Center in creating, updating and managing job descriptions of business units.
• Randomly audit, review job descriptions to ensure rationality and compliance with regulations and guidelines o organization structure management and job positions.
• Other tasked assigned by line manager
