Mô tả công việc
- This position involves developing new product ideas, adjusting product designs and styles, and preparing samples and technical sheets required for production.
- Collaborate with external designers and suppliers to get involved in the development of new products and provide suggestions for design and style.
- Continuously monitor the design and sampling process, and maintain the quality and schedule of the products.
- Write product specifications and technical sheets and resolve design and technical issues during the production process.
- Research clothing market trends and competitors' products to develop differentiated design ideas.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum of 3 years of design experience in apparel export companies or related industries.
- Understanding of clothing manufacturing and production processes.
- Proficient in design and production software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within and outside the team.
- Proactive and creative problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of overseas markets and experience.
- Experience in fitting and sample production.
- Understanding of clothing manufacturing and production processes.
- Proficient in design and production software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within and outside the team.
- Proactive and creative problem-solving skills.
