Mô tả công việc
- Handling incoming calls and other communications.
- Managing the filing system, recording information as needed, helping organize and maintain office common areas.
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into a database.
- Coordinating events as necessary.
- Assist the CEO in managing offices, staff (teachers).
- Coordinate the teacher's schedule.
- Managing Websites and Facebook.
- Dealing, meeting and working with customers, students, suppliers.
- Oversee all activities of the school.

+ Working hour: 8am - 5pm from Monday to Friday in the office in D1.
+ Working date: as soon as possible.
Yêu cầu
- Excellent in communication in English both speaking and writing.
- Warm personality with strong communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or 4th Year students. Prefer candidates who graduated from English Linguistics, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Experienced or Non-experienced.
- Having your own transportation and willing to go out to meet customers, etc..
- Ability to work well under limited supervision.
- Honest and be responsible for the work.
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
