About the Office Manager Role (HCM)
This position oversees all support and clerical work within a company, supervises day-to-day support activities, coordinates clerical tasks, and leads a team of administrative officer(s). Reporting to Admin Manager, in the administrative manager role, you will supervise the firm's admin operations and lead the support staff team. A critical element of this position is identifying key areas of improvement and implementing solutions. Success in this role will be exhibited by the timely and efficient delivery of all admin work, enabling the company to meet its goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise the office layout and order stationery and equipment
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Organise office operations and procedures
- Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
- Address employees' queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, car, and security services
- Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences
- Stay informed about all organizational changes and business developments
- Provide standard clerical duties as assigned, including faxing, copying, mailing, and communicating with clients respond to
- Coordinates with executive management and other managers to ensure alignment with the company's mission, vision, core values, and objectives

Yêu cầu
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in administrative or office management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English & Vietnamese
- Experienced in departmental procedures and policies and able to actively discover new ways to do the job more efficiently
- Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills
- Hands-on experience with office management, company events, and Expat immigration process
- Advanced knowledge of productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Good practical experience with MS Office
