We are seeking an experienced HR Manager / Office Manager (HRM/OM) to support the growth of our dynamic IT team in Hanoi. This role encompasses full-spectrum HR responsibilities-recruitment, legal compliance, administration, and policy development-while also managing general office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HR practices in the IT industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1/ Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Full cycle recruitment, from job postings to onboarding.
Develop and execute effective strategies to attract top IT talent.
Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and build talent pipelines.
2/ Employee Relations & Engagement
Cultivate a positive and productive work culture.
Handle employee relations issues professionally and confidentially.
Strengthen internal communication and promote transparency across teams.
3/ HR Policy & Compliance
Develop, review, and implement HR policies aligned with Vietnamese labor laws and company objectives.
Ensure full compliance with labor laws regarding contracts, benefits, and employee records.
Monitor legal updates and recommend necessary changes to management.
4/ Performance Management & Development
Implement and manage performance review systems.
Coach managers on employee development and feedback processes.
Support career development, learning initiatives, and succession planning.
5/ Compensation & Benefits
Administer payroll, bonuses, and benefits programs.
Conduct regular salary reviews to ensure market competitiveness.
Contribute to compensation strategy and reward systems.
6/ Office Management &
PurchasingGeneral office operations including purchasing and facilities management.
Maintain employee records and handle HR administrative duties such as contracts and attendance tracking.
7/ Strategic HR Planning
Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Drive organizational change and support the company's scaling efforts.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in HR management, must have experience in IT sector.
In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and HR practices.
Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and policy development.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
