The Job description:
• Processing tasks relating to issuing credit cards including card embossing, re-issue card, renewal card, block/unblock card, terminate cards, ...
• Process dispute, chargeback transactions with card scheme/acquiring banks when receiving complaints from customers.
• Monitoring vendor SLA for all requested services relating to issuing cards, embossing cards, delivery cards to customers.
• Manage delivery cards to customers and work with vendors to deliver credit cards to cardholders.
• Process fee card collection, cash back reward to credit card.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.

Yêu cầu

Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or related fields
• Have experience in Card Operation and strong experience in process dispute with card scheme and customer.
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in MS Office, in particular, Excel
• Have problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
