MOLEX, a brand under KOCH Industries with its headquarters in Wichita, Kansas (USA), is one of the world's leading interconnector manufacturers.
Since 2007, Molex Vietnam has operated its first factory in Thang Long I IP. We are now expanding with a new high-tech facility in Thang Long II IP, Hung Yen, backed by a $145 million investment and spanning 100,000 m2. This site will manufacture advanced products including high-speed connectors, cables, and optical devices.
Position Overview
As a Officer, Human Resources, you will ensure effective, efficient delivery of HR services that drive superior performance of the assigned functions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute internal communication initiatives to enhance employee engagement and promote company culture.
Create engaging content for internal channels, including emails, newsletters, social media, and digital communications.
Organize company events, employee engagement activities, CSR programs, and employer branding campaigns.
Support recruitment marketing activities, university partnerships, and talent attraction initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate HR programs, business updates, and organizational achievements.
Collect employee feedback and recommend improvements to enhance employee experience.
Ensure all activities comply with company policies, RBA requirements, EHS standards, and corporate guidelines.
Support continuous improvement initiatives, including 6S, Kaizen, and culture development programs.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Qualification
University degree and above.
Preferred in Administration, Human resource, Language
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing companies
Skills & Competencies
Good communication, consulting, coaching and facilitation skill
Excellent English skills
Demonstrates openness and acceptance to others' ideas. Motivate and drive for results
Presentation skills and public speaking skills
High level of energy and ability to handle various affairs in emergencies
