Mô tả công việc

Lead Omni-channel Technology team who work with internal and external partners to build all systems including Front End & Back End (Website/ App/ OMS/ PIM/ TMS/ Contact Center/ CRM....) to ensure deliverables meet all project needs
Identify, assess, and prioritize Omni channel initiatives that solve pain points, modernize and differentiate the experience, and create inspiring Omni channel customer journeys that drive conversion and retention in-store and online
Manage all aspects of web analytics and ensure periodic reporting of business performance to cross-functional and leadership teams with a focus on actionable insights that can enhancements and revenue growth opportunities.
Plan, oversee, and drive the launch all new e-commerce and Omni channel projects, including launches in new market, as well as new functionalities and programs in existing markets.
Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate team member to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base and potential.

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology (computer science, engineering) preferred
5+ years in a leadership role, including building highly functional technology teams in a large, matrixed & multi-channel environment
Strong competencies & experiences in E-commerce e-co systems with Magento, Shopify, Odoo...
Experience on programming using PHP, Python, NodeJs, JavaScript...
Know how to use Power BI, Tableau is a plus...
Have knowledge of building data lake using SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Snowflake on cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP...) is advantage.
Experience and knowledge in Omni-Channel architectures (critical for our online/store/Omni business needs)
Experience working with and integrating E-Commerce and Digital services with core Omni-channel platform
Experience and strong understanding of digital platforms including a strong understanding of all aspects of a large online retailer, including store operations, client relations, marketing, promotion, fulfillment and customer service
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects while maintaining deadlines and managing resources with little or no direction
Great passion in building and training new teams
