Minimum 2 years of experience in E-Commerce,
Digital Marketing, Commercial Planning, or a related role.
Strong understanding of online customer behavior and campaign mechanics.
Experience in campaign planning, execution, and basic KPI tracking (GMV, CTR, CIR).
Data-driven mindset; knowledge of data analytics is a plus.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Familiarity with marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada) and/or own-brand platforms (App/Web).
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
