JOB OVERVIEW

• Type of employment: Full-time, duration: 6 months (located in Hanoi, Vietnam);
• You are expected to travel between our tea stations or other places (if needed) to create TikTok content.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with core members of our high-performing team and will have the following responsibilities:
• Be part of TeaOlogy Tiktok team to actively produce interesting and attractive contents;
• Create daily content for @teaology.no TikTok account;
• Being involved in the end-to-end production processes of Tiktok content, this also includes being the talent of the content;
• Develop creative ways to enhance or improve the TeaOlogy Tiktok account;
• Support the social media team in developing a TikTok social strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy;
• Engage with TikTok followers and monitor conversations from the brand's voice;
• Identify and communicate with up-and-coming TikTok influencers and creators;
• Keep your pulse on the latest TikTok and emerging platform trends, and propose ideas on how we can show up on these platforms;
• Work together with the social team to understand performance and growth metrics in order to adjust creative for optimizing posts;
• Participate in brainstorms and content ideation;
• Be self-sufficient with producing your own content;
• Perform other duties as directed by line managers.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Be a student at a college or university (Marketing and Communications or other relevant degree);
• Must have a passion for creating creative and engaging content;
• History of creating content that performed well and drove attention whether for yourself or a partner;
• Creative, innovative personality that is always thinking outside of the box;
• Attention to detail, responsible, and reliable;
• Proactive go-getter and effective communicator;

• Comfortable in front of a camera (public speaking or hosting experience is a bonus);
