The Opportunity:
We're looking for highly motivated team members to join our research team. This is a great opportunity for new grads or if you're ready for a career change.
This is a fully remote position, so you can work from anywhere. You'll need to be available for meetings 2-3 times a week from 8 pm - 12 am Vietnam time to collaborate with our US-based team. Outside of these hours, you have the flexibility to work at your out time as long as you meet your targets.

Your Role:
As a Sourcer/Researcher at Plenty, you will work alongside our Project team (including Partners and Principal Recruiters) to:
Learn the Basics: We'll teach you how to understand the profiles our clients are looking for and what makes a top executive.
Develop Search Strategies: You'll learn how to identify the right target companies and candidates using platforms like LinkedIn and Crunchbase.
Research and Map: Conduct research to identify potential candidates and build a pool of talent.
Provide Insights: Share your research findings with the project team to help refine our approach and strategies.
Develop Key Skills: This role will help you build skills in research, analysis, communication, and problem-solving.
