🎮 Hiring: Influencer Research & Outreach Specialist (Gaming/Livestream)
We're looking for a proactive person to find and onboard micro-influencers (500-10K followers) in gaming & livestream niches.
📌 What you'll do:
Find influencers (18-35, outside Vietnam)
Focus on gaming, livestream content
Research on: Twitch, Discord, X, Reddit, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
Evaluate engagement (not just followers)
Send outreach messages & follow-ups daily
Build and manage influencer database
Onboard creators & start partnerships
✅ Requirements:
Experience in research / outreach / influencer marketing
Understand social media & livestream ecosystem
Good communication & organization skills
Able to spot high-potential small creators
📊 Targets:
120-250 influencers found/week
200-400 outreach messages/week
20%+ response rate
25-50 influencers onboarded/month
💰 Salary & Bonus:
Base: 6,000,000 VND/month
Bonus: Up to 7,000,000+ VND based on performance
Total potential: 7.5M - 13M+ VND/month
