ONLINE ENGLISH TUTOR ADULT CLASSES

Education

• C1 English proficiency (IELTS 7.5+) with at least 7.0 in Speaking - or demonstrate excellent real-life communication skills
• Degree or formal qualification in Education, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or a related field

Experiences

• At least 1 year of experience teaching adult learners
• Be able to conduct Diagnostic & Placement Tests and offer consultation-based learner support

Skills

• Be tech-savvy - comfortable with online tools, LMS platforms, and digital content
• Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
• Good organizational skills with a proactive and initiative-taking mindset
• Stay up to date with ELT trends, resources, and learner behaviour
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn about learner differentiation, diversity, unconscious bias, safeguarding, and data protection
