JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Search, approach and
establish relationships with potential businesses in order to expand the market
through channels.
2. Introduce the company's
products and services to potential customers via phone, email, social network,
etc.
3. Consult and negotiate
directly with customers about the company's technology services (prices,
features, service installation process, etc.) as well as related contents
(prices, payment methods, operation,etc.).
4. Actively carry out sales
operations in accordance with the company's policies and strengths.
5. Work well with other
members of the department to implement business strategies and complete goals
and plans.
6. Report work to Head of
Department, Board of Directors by day/week/month/year.
7. Other tasks as required
by the Board of Directors.
8. Maintain service quality
through coordination with departments, and ensure customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Experience in telesales,
sales, and knowledge and passion in technology.
2. Current enrollment in an
undergraduate course for marketing, economy or similar field
3. Foreign languages: good English
(speaking and writing)
4. Soft skills: Good
communication skills, good persuasion.
5. Able to work under
pressure and always try to fulfill monthly targets.
6. Hard working,
enthusiastic, proactive and creative at work.
