About the Role
This is not a traditional content internship.
You will not just make posts to "keep the page active."
You will create content with a purpose: to attract attention, build trust, explain the product clearly, and help Flowmingo grow.
We are looking for someone who can think beyond aesthetics alone. Someone who understands that good content is not just pretty - it should be clear, sharp, relevant, and useful.
You will work on real projects, real campaigns, and real growth goals. You may create content for social media, landing pages, employer-facing communication, candidate-facing messaging, brand storytelling, and product education.
If you enjoy turning messy ideas into clean, engaging content - and using AI to move faster and think better - this role may be a strong fit.
What you will mainly work on
Create content for social media, campaigns, employer outreach, and candidate engagement
Turn raw ideas, product updates, and internal notes into clear, engaging content pieces
Support brand storytelling across formats such as posts, carousels, short videos, scripts, captions, and simple visual content
Help refine landing page messaging, campaign angles, and user-facing copy
Research trends, audience behavior, and content opportunities relevant to Flowmingo
Work with the team to test what content performs, what does not, and why
Use AI tools thoughtfully to improve research, ideation, writing, editing, and execution speed
Help maintain a clean and trustworthy brand feel across everything we publish
You may be a fit if you:
Enjoy creating content that is clear, structured, and easy to engage with
Have a good sense of what feels clean, sharp, trustworthy, and on-brand
Learn tools quickly and like experimenting with new ways of creating
Can take a vague idea and turn it into something concrete
Care about both speed and quality
Are curious about how content connects to growth, trust, and conversion
Are excited by AI and already use it to learn, create, or improve your workflow
Are comfortable working in English
Can explain your thinking, not just deliver the final output

You do not need to be perfect, but it is a very strong signal if you can do at least one of these:
Write strong copy with clear structure and good taste
Turn messy ideas into polished posts, decks, PDFs, or visual content
Create content using AI tools without making it feel generic
Build a simple landing page, portfolio page, or branded asset with AI support
Think about content not just as design, but as communication and growth
Show a personal project, content page, social account, or anything that reflects your initiative
